2016 BRUT ROSÉ
A crisp, dry style Rosé. There is a subtle berry sweetness up front but this melds with the mid palate creaminess from the yeast autolysis. There is a complexity and depth of flavour that comes through the whole palate. The slightly sweet note up front quickly subsides and is replaced by a fresh citrus acid zing which lingers in the mouth long after the last sip. Your palate is left refreshed and ready for another.
This is a great aperitif style. Great with canapes and seafood - oysters, smoked salmon or freshly peeled prawns.
