2018 'CYRIL' SEMILLON

The grapes used to make this Semillon comes from the small Cyril Block on the Ernest Hill vineyard. The block contains vines which are over 40 years old, low yielding and produce quality fruit. Our premium grapes were hand picked to produce a wine that is crisp, clean and fresh, displaying a stylish acid structure and those classic Hunter citrus tones.

Cellaring

Enjoy this wine whilst young and zesty or cellar up to 8 years.

Food Pairing

Best consumed on hot days accompanied by fresh seafood, particularly Sydney rock oysters, 1 kilo of fresh Crystal Bay king prawns or Reedy Creek dusky flathead.
