Looking for some Wine Right suggestions for that special day?

Extra allowance should be factored in for weddings and events that takes place on weekends. Guests will likely consume more than 1-to-2 standard drinks, opposed to an event held on a weekday. We recommend that each table should have between 5-6 bottles each. Considerations to different timings would also reflect how much of each wine you allow and cater. Lunch-time functions are generally is on the lighter side, our suggestion is 50% red and 50% white. Whilst dinner will consist of heavier and more substantial meal offerings, so allow white and red.

In the red wine selection, we recommend choosing between a Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot depending on the menu offering which covers from a full-bodied, medium to subtle flavours and characteristics. Each wine style represents a unique aroma and complex structure to suit all style of drinkers.

Whilst on the whites, you cannot go wrong among a Chardonnay, Semillon and Verdelho. Each wine style has their own distinct flavours and aromas to suit every mouth and nose. From a fully developed crisp and sharp palate to soft and fruity note tones.

You cannot celebrate properly without some bubbles; a well-rounded and balance Blanc de Blanc suits any occasion, without the champagne price tag.
