PROCESSING TIME 

  • All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday Business Hours) after successful payment. 
  • For orders confirmed after 4 pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the next working day
  • For orders confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, orders will be processed on the next working day
  • If you require your order urgently, please contact us directly and we will try our best to assist you
     

COURIER SERVICE

  • Free delivery service is available for order 2 bottles or above (excluding outlying island or restricted areas)
  • For order less than 2 bottles:
    - HK$150 will be charged if choose to deliver by GOGOVAN 
    - HK$60 will be charged if choose to deliver by SF Express 
  • Extra charges might incurred if customer choose to deliver to a residential address by SF Express
  • Please contact us for delivery charges if you require your order to be delivered to outlying islands or restricted areas
  • We can assist to amend your order before packaging, please contact us immediately for amendment
